TRAIL MODE the most advanced feature on a trail camera today!   This feature allows the camera to remain active after the first photo and take pictures of any "trailing" animal within 3 seconds.  The camera will stay active for 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.  If there is additional motion within this time period the window of activity will be lengthened another 30 seconds.  This is truly a great feature to use when trying to capture bucks chasing does or any groups of animals traveling down a game trail.  In essence you could get 5 photos of trailing animals in less than 25 seconds.

The benefits of this feature over many existing commercial cameras is the amount of refresh time in between photos.  Many of the units on the market today won't allow you to take a second photo within this short of a time period.  Average refresh times are generally 60 seconds or longer on commercial units.

Trail Mode is not to be confused with a "Burst Mode" or "Double Photo" mode that most commercial cameras offer.  These features allow the camera to take multiple photos of passing animals 2-3 times.  Not only does this give you many unwanted pictures but fills up your memory cards extremely fast.

If you are truly interested in a trail camera this feature is second to none!
